It was an excellent workshop indeed, but it would have been much better through a few more interactions.

Thanks
Thank you very much for the opportunity to be a part of this ECCD training. It has broadened my knowledge that would be very beneficial in every aspects of life.
This course has been an eye opener for us all, as some of us used to think child brain is related to more or less intelligence whereas every child is unique regardless of intelligence and anyone can improve if the foundation of child's brain receive positive care and guidance. I am thankful for this insightful course, however, it would be more appreciable if would cover some practical tools and method for the child who are already delayed in brain development but can do better in their times ahead.
Getting an opportunity to enrolled in such training in the very beginning of my career as KG teacher will help me to understand my students more.

As a completion review for the Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) course for CGS Teachers, I would like to share my experience and reflections.

The ECCD course has been an invaluable journey for me as a CGS teacher. Throughout the course, I have gained a deeper understanding of child development, learning theories, pedagogical approaches, and best practices in early childhood education. The course content has been comprehensive, covering a wide range of topics including child psychology, curriculum planning, classroom management, assessment, and inclusive education.

One of the highlights of the course was learning about different teaching strategies and methodologies tailored to young learners. I have discovered the importance of creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional development. Through hands-on activities, group discussions, and reflective exercises, I have been able to enhance my teaching practices and adapt them to meet the diverse needs of my students.

Moreover, the ECCD course has emphasized the significance of collaborative partnerships with families, communities, and other stakeholders in promoting children's holistic development. I have learned the importance of effective communication, parent engagement, and community involvement in supporting children's learning both inside and outside the classroom.

Overall, completing the ECCD course has been a rewarding experience that has equipped me with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to be a more effective and responsive CGS teacher. I am excited to apply what I have learned in my teaching practice and continue to make a positive impact on the lives of young children in my community.
