Refund Policy

At Teachers Time, we aim to offer the best services possible. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we may offer a refund to our customers.

  1. No Refunds for Digital Products

    All sales of digital products, including recorded courses, are final. We do not offer refunds for these purchases.

  2. Refunds for Scheduled Courses

    For live courses and workshops that are scheduled, we offer a refund only in the event that the course or workshop is not held on the scheduled date and time. When you are paying for a live certificate course, you are agreed to attend all the sessions and complete full payment. Change of Mind and other personal issues to get the refund is not acceptable.

  3. Refund Request

    If a live course or workshop is not held as scheduled, and you would like to request a refund, you may do so via email or phone call. Please provide all relevant information about the course or workshop when you request a refund, including your receipt or proof of purchase.

  4. Refund Processing

    Upon receipt of your refund request, we will examine it and notify you via email or phone call about the outcome. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the policies of your card issuer and payment gateway. Please note that refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days from the date of the refund request.

  5. Changes to Our Refund Policy

    We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. The amended Refund Policy will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website,
