Engaged as Education Specialist, Plan International Bangladesh. Previously worked as Senior Manager-Education, Light of Hope. She is also working as Guest lecturer of Institute of Education and Research, University of Dhaka. Apart from these, she is also working as the member of Bangladesh Education Forum. Previously, she worked as a Deputy Program Manager-Education in Save the Children supported Shishuder Jonno Program in Manabik Shahajya Sangstha (MSS). She did her Graduation and Masters from Institute of Education and Research, University of Dhaka. She worked for different national and international organizations and was involved in different research studies that influenced the national education system especially pre-primary and primary education. As national consultant, she worked with UNICEF, WHO, PLAN International, Room to Read, World Bank and so on. As trainer, she conducted training to more than 10,000 Principals, teachers, supervisors, and parents.
