Refund Policy for Teachers Time

At Teachers Time, we are committed to delivering the best services and training experiences. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be provided.

  1. No Refunds for Digital Products

    All sales for short courses are final. Once enrolled in a short course, refunds are not applicable.

  2. Refunds for Scheduled Live Courses and Workshops

    A refund will be issued if the live course or workshop is canceled or not held on the scheduled date and time.
    By enrolling in a live certificate course, participants agree to attend all sessions and complete the full payment. Refunds due to changes of mind, personal issues, or inability to attend will not be accepted.

  3. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund (if applicable), participants must send an email to [email protected] with proof of payment and relevant details about the course or workshop.

  4. Refund Processing

    Once the refund request is received, we will review it and inform you of the outcome via email. Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days. Please note that any payment gateway or processing charges will be deducted from the refund.

  5. Changes to Our Refund Policy

    We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. The amended Refund Policy will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website, www.teacherstimebd.com.
