Empowering Educators in the Cox’s Bazar Education Sector

To address this need, Save the Children Bangladesh, in collaboration with Teachers Time, has launched the English Language Training Program for Host Teachers and Master Trainers from various organizations and projects. This initiative aims to equip educators with practical English skills, enabling them to better support students, collaborate with stakeholders, and enhance their professional development.
About the Program
Save the Children has selected 250 participants from different organizations working in the education sector. These Host Teachers and Master Trainers play a crucial role in delivering education and facilitating learning in challenging environments. However, many of them have limited technical skills and prior experience with digital learning platforms, making it essential to provide a structured and accessible training approach.
Simplified Learning Approach
To ensure a smooth learning experience, Teachers Time has developed:
✔ User-Friendly Manuals & Step-by-Step Guides – Simplified instructions help participants navigate the platform and complete their training efficiently.
✔ Pre-Test & Level-Based Batches – Participants took an initial assessment to determine their English proficiency and were assigned to Basic or Advanced levels accordingly.
✔ Live Interactive Sessions – Experienced trainers conduct real-time classes, allowing teachers to practice speaking, listening, and comprehension skills.
✔ Accessible Learning Platform – The course is hosted on our e-learning platform teacherstimebd.com , designed to be easy to use for participants with limited technical knowledge.
✔ Final Assessment & Certification – Upon completing the course, participants will take a post-test and receive an official certificate recognizing their achievement. Each certificate will contain a unique QR code which will allow anyone to verify the authenticity of the certificate.
